Crystal report pointing to a different IP after copyto different machine

Hello Experts

We installed BOBI 4.2 Sp 3 and tried to run Crystal report ,but its pointing to old IP after running the report

The crystal report was moved using Promotion management from another machine running BOBI 4.0 to new machine running BOBI 4.2

Hi Jawahar,

when we run the report,we get the below prompt,we enter the credentials

Again,it gives another prompt,where we see the IP 128.1.0.107 ,which we are not maintaining anywhere

3)pls find the dB configuration (the report works find in the old srver without any issue)

what do you mean by old IP? Can you share a screenshot? Old IP of the DB? or BO server
