How To supply Link to Component

We need to supply for another system in SAP a link to a specific Components in CRM2007, ( for

example , BP Details) and That Link will be launch from them .

How Can We Create That Link ?

Is Thare any special customize That need To be Done ?

Is There any Document on That issue ?
