error when creating graphic "No color table available"

I have used se78 to create graphics for smartforms many times, with no problem. However, today when I try to import a .bmp file I get the error message, Bitmap file: No color table available (True Color, Bitcount 32) This occurs whether I define it as color or black and white.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

    Hi,

May be if the image is black and white and you have selected as color . So please try by selecting the black and white radio button while importing the image

    Thanks,

    Suma.

    Hi,

The reason for the problem can be the color depth of the graphic which you uploaded. The SAP system only supports up to 24 Bits per pixel (16.7 million colors). Can you check the color depth of the graphic and convert it to 16.7 million colors in a graphic tool and upload again to SAP via SE78?

    Regards,

    Aidan
