Hi everyone
When I create STO with quantity 100 and try delivering it with quantity -120, SAP allows it. But I want to put a warning message here if the delivery quantity entered is more than 10% of STO quantity. i.e I want to set upper delivery limit as 10%.
I have maintained the same in delivery tab of Item data-(Over Delv Tol-10% and under dely Tol-1%). But still its accepting 150/180 qty or whatever we put.
Pls let me know the configuration required for a warning message.

Hi,
try TC OVLP / Define Delivery Item Categories. For relevant item types, set "Check Overdelivery" indicator to A / Note about the situation or B / Situation rejected with an error message.
Field desc:
Control for checking for overdelivery
Specifies how the system reacts when, during delivery processing, you exceed the original order quantity.
Use
For each delivery item category, you can specify whether the system checks for overdelivery and, if so, whether you receive a warning or error during delivery processing. If you have specified an overdelivery limit in the sales order or in the customer-material info record, you can use this indicator to control how the system reacts.
