Wet weight and dry weight of raw material

Hi

My requirement is as follows:

We are procuring raw materials such as Iron ore , coke , coal etc...

During receipt, transfer and storage of the the raw material, moisture is presnt / added in the raw material.

So we need to to convert wet weight of the raw material (measured during receipt) into the equivalent dry weight of the raw material after measurement of moisture content is done by QM module.

Which movement type / transaction is used to convert the wet weight into the dry weight?

I don't think there is a special movement type but you may try using the below movement types in such cases :

551 Scrapping from unrestricted-use stock

Possible special stock indicators:

E, K, O, Q, V, W

553 Scrapping from stock in quality inspection

Possible special stock indicators:

E, K, O, Q, V, W
