I am currently working on the ERMS (SAP CRM 2007). I could want to know if there is a way out to transport Mail Forms created in Web UI across systems. I understand that there are transaction codes to transport Alerts and Rule Policies, do we have something similar for Mail Forms?
Does SAP still support this style of Mail Forms - I thought we had to do Mail Forms in the UI now (using the Marketing Pro Business Role). These are a different style of Mail forms?
Using these transactions you can maintain the forms, but you are not able to transport them to a different environment. Has anyone found a way to do this yet ?
I currently have an OSS message opened as we will have over 200 of these forms !
SAP is aware of this restriction (i.e., no standard report/transaction for transporting mail froms across systems/clients). We hope to be able to address this requirement in a future release, but so far there is nothing planned or in development yet.
Is this in any release yet? We also have over 200 mail forms and I don't want to tell customer service they need to get them all loaded during cutover weekend!
I found one program CRM_PML_MAIL_FORM_TRANSPORT which could push the mail form from one box to the other via RFC. I tested it and it's working. Just it only allows one form at one time. If you want to push some, you could use LSMW to create it in batch.
