E-Sourcing Cluster messed up- Not able to login

Hi gurus,

I ran into an emergency situation. I was trying to configure Local directory / LDAP and for some reason now, I cannot login to the application. I got a redirect from SAP.

Now question is, should I be creating a new context and a new cluster for the Login URL to recognize the cluster.

PLEASE ADVISE.

Thanks

JS

Resolved. Redirect to the default cluster worked.

Hi JS,

The similar kind of problem we are also facing.

When you say, redirect to Default cluster, does it means that we associate our existing context with the default cluster...

Also, a synopsis of the problem we are facing:

We are working on ESO version 5.1

All of a sudden, we are unable to login to enterprise & any user accounts. The error message that comes is - "Entry does not exist"

We are able to login to system user account. Troubleshooting shows our Ldap & other components are working fine at the server level.

Would there be a way whereby we are able to login to enterprise user account at server level.(We have tried changing password through system account also, but still unable to login. Have restarted application & servers also) Also, we are using multiple contexts on the same instance & the enterprise login for other context is working.

Please help with the pointers.

Hi JS,

Issue Resolved.

There were two directory configurations that were created. Making one inactive helped resolved the issue.

Thanks,
