Problem with Universe Designer

Hi All,

I recently installed BO XI 3.1 full version on a new machine. I am trying universe designer, when i opened Universe designer i am able to work for some time(5 minutes), after that whatever i clicked i am getting a pop up message stating that

"This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem."

When ever i clicked on "Switch to" it is opening start menu. I checked the processes there is only one designer process running under administrator task, I stopped all other services one by one to see if some services are taking the resources , but no use.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

No idea but some things to check:

- Are you running some other application which might be using the Designer SDK on your machine?

- If you launch Designer and leave it there for 5 minutes without doing anything does the error comes up

--> some background agent might be interfering? Or is it triggered only if you actually work with Designer?

- What is the title of the popup window (Designer.exe or is it a Window system message error?)
