WFMCORE Upgrade during Upgrade from SAP CRM 2007 to SAP CRM 7.0

Hi,

This is regarding the subjected component WFMCORE during the IS_SELECT phase of upgrade, it gives four options to choose from:

1. Upgrade with Add-on CD

2. Upgrade with SAINT package

3. Keep (with vendor key)

4. no decision yet

If 4th is chosen then it will eventually come to the same screen again. I researched on where to get the upgrade CD and found a few hints (attached SAP Note: 830596: Additional info about upgrade to Basis 700/701 with WFMCORE) such a following:

Add-on supplement

When you upgrade an SAP system to Basis 700/701, the system recognizes that an add-on is being installed and requests an additional CD or upgrade package for the add-on. As a result, the add-on is also upgraded to the corresponding version during the standard upgrade.

CAUTION

If you upgrade an SAP system containing WFMCORE to Basis 700/701 but do not include the SAPK-200UHINWFMCORE upgrade package in the archive in WFM200UP.SAR in the upgrade (phase IS_SELECT), the WFMCORE add-on no longer functions after the upgrade. Since the status of the system is inconsistent, SAP can no longer accept any liability.

An exception to this is the upgrade from CRM 5.0 + WFMCORE 200 to CRM 2007 + WFMCORE, for which no CD or AOU SAINT package must be included in the upgrade for WFMCORE. For more information, see Section IV.

I cannot find SAPK-200UHINWFMCORE on service marketplace. I was wondering if you have any helpful hints for the same.

Please let me know where to get this particular component upgrade package from. I was able to track down WFM200UP.SAR from one of the component CDs as following, this doesnu2019t help me going past this screen for WFMCORE.

Obtain the WFMCORE 200 add-on.

The installation and upgrade packages for WFMCORE 200 are delivered with the following DVDs.

'SAP ERP 2005 Components DVD'

'CRM 5.0 Components DVD'

'CRM 2007 Components DVD'

'CRM 7.0 Components DVD'

The packages are located in the WORKFORCE_DEPLOYMENT subdirectory of the relevant DVD. Obtain the DVD and install it.

CAUTION: Make sure that the CDs you use DO NOT have the following material numbers.

ERP 2005: 51031380

CRM 5.0: 51031399
