Creating the SRM_EXTRACTED_CATALOG or just a contract

Hi Experts,

When I want to create or modify a conract and release this contract, this contract comes into the catalog but without a Language and without positions.

Next to this when I run BBP_CCM_TRANSFER_CATALOG the SRM_EXTRACTED_CATALOG doesn't come up. So my question is how can I get the SRM_EXTRACTED_CATALOG back into my catalogs?

Cause I think that the Language problem has to do with the fact that I don't have a SRM_EXTRACTED_CATALOG.
