Custom Solution for displaying changes of the loading date in the sales order header level change history screen:
In the change screen of the sales order header. There should be a loading date field which represents all the loading date of the line items. Always sales orders are marked for complete delivery, so all the line items in the sales order have same loading date, of course, the number of schedule line may vary in the line item based stock situation in the warehouse.
Header level loading date should be the replica of the loading date of confirmed schedule line. Example a line item has 2 schedule lines, first one is not confirmed, second one is confirmed. In this case, header level loading date represents the loading date of the second schedule line.
Change history should show all the details who changed the loading date/time/date for header level loading date.
If any line items do not have schedule line/ loading date, the header level loading date field should be red highlighted and it should display loading date if other line items have a loading date.
Business Problem:
When there are multiple line items, it is very hard to read and understand changes in schedule line/loading date for business users.
