SAP SD - Blueprint template or examples

Former Member

Dear Gurus,

OK, I understand that blueprint vary from one organisation to another one, and can therefore have many forms. Now is there anyway I could get some examples or templates to base my work on? I mean a procedure to follow, with step by step indications etc...

I also understand this task is also done in conjunction with a Project Manager. However we do not have a project manager.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Regards

Chris

Hello,

A SD blue print template will have :

Scope definition is very important . If the implementing company fails to mention clearly , it will lead to lot of fighting. So define the scope claerly .

1. Brief history of implementing company and company ( implementing )

2. Brief discription of the exisitng business processes.

3. Organisation structure

4. List of business process applicable with - High and low level DFDs

5. Enclose SD master data templates , roles and responsibility , high and low level DFD ,

You can check blank templates in service.sap.com

THanks

Hello Radjaya,

Many thanks for your quick reply indeed. You mention I can get blank templates from this site, would you be so kind as to send me a link so that I can log on to it directly. I have done a few searches but I feel bogged down probably because of the different names or appelations this type of document may have.

I am a junior SD consultant, and only have 3 months experience. So for me this will be my first project.

Kind regards

Chris
