Step 15015 - Serialize Data - Serialize Request

Hello

When I run the BEx query, it starts pretty immediate, after a few secs I have a result on my screen. When I add another column to the layout, even the one, which has low values, it takes several minutes to get the new view. What I could see is that the most time consuming step of BEx in this moment is 15015 - Serialize Request. In SAP hel I can read that it is the time taken to transform the data and metadata from the OLAP format into the format used in Microsoft Excel. Do you have any idea, why it takes so long in my business cases? Do you know how to improve the reporting in scenario like this?

Cheers,

Arelis
