Detail screen should be uneditable while MM01/MM02

Dear Gurus,

While creating new material or in change mode, in QM View, in that inspection setup tab, while assigning different inspection type, details information screen is in editable mode, i want that screen to be only in display mode.

Please guide.

Hi

It is possible to control through monitoring authorization objects. For MM01 - Do not provide authorization for Inspection Setup

Use QA08 for inspection setup where you can control authorization limited to selection of inspection type and not to tamper with controls

Dear Atul,

That is the problem, as it is activation mode, if somebody tempered than that will create problem.

So is there anyway to make it display mode.

As explain, it is two stage process.

1st stage - Exercise authorization control on Inspection setup for Tr codes MM01/MM02

2nd Stage - You will get authorisation objects to disable changes inr control indicators for tr Code QA08.

Get aligned to your Basis administrator. He will help you to achieve

Through SHD0 transaction varient you can achieve this.

Take your ABABper Help, in MM02 transaction select display mode.

It will work oout.
