BI WAD report not reflecting the changes in portal after some modifications

Hi,

We are displaying BI7 reports in EP 7 portal.(In a different portal and not the BI portal)When the WAD reports are modified and published again i am not able to see the changes being reflected in portal. I am seeing the old reports which are before modifications.I cleared all the cache but still i see the same old report. I tried to create the report again with the same template but no luck. Please let me know if i am missing something here.

regards

Bharat.

    Hi Bharath,

Please save the templete in WAD with a different name and execute the same. Now replace the new query at the Portal end and save it.

Please dont forget to save the Portal iview and preview it before assigning the role.

    Hope this will help you

    Regards,

    Shaila

There is a TA to empty the SAP web servers (or portal's) cache. As the page is in the cache, the workstation browser will get that (old) version. (its a bit like the proxy server for normal internet surfers)

Once the cache is emptied, the browser will force the server to fetch the new version of the html page, including new icons etc.

Delete the Temp Files of your IE....it may solve ur prob....
