ByDesign : How to End set Approval Process

Hello All,

I have preset approval process for Project Purchase Request (PPR)

I already have approval process for PO hence want to end PPR.

When tried defining end date system gives error as below "One process must have an unlimited Valid To date"

How to end a set approval process??

Dear Vishal,

If you intended not to use the approval process then please descope the Project Purchase Request (PPR) approval process.
