Reversal of qty

Dear Gurus

At the time of usage decesion user had deducted 50gm qty in sample usage instead of 25gm.

Please suggest me how to get back 25gm qty to total qty.

Hi AYK

You can post back the excees sample qty to unrestricted use stock using the MM inventory transactions.

Use the following Transaction

Tcode: MIGO (Goods Issue Others)

Movement Type: 202 Return from cost center to unrestricted use stock )

Cost Center: Same cost center appeaing on the 331 movement document

GL Account: Same GL Account appeaing on the 331 movement document

Please consult your Finance & Inventory experts before posting the above document.

Hi

sample Usage is 331 Mvt type.

You can do 332 Mvt type by MB1B tcose.

getting only 25 gms in QLTY and take UD for the same.

For This you have to active 08 inspection type.and then do MB1B.This will create Inspection lot of 08 type.This can be seen thro' & Ud can be taken from QA32.

(for this Mvt type must be activated as rev in customization.Actaully this is SAp default setting)

I dont want inspection lot for the same, is it possible to reset qty without inspection lot?
