AVC in Former Budgeting at PR level

Dear All,

Can some one guide me as to how to acitvate AVC at Purchase requistion level .We are using Former Budgeting.

Hi,

Funds Management Government>Former Budgeting>Availability Control>Define Tolerances for Availability Control.

If you set ++(all activity group) proced. assign to FM area, budget profile, budget catgory etc. AVC will apply on all transac.include PR.

Have done this but still AVC is not working even PR is specified in the list.Is there any other thing which should be done.

maybe you should check wheter the value type of PR, is statistical update check indicator or not.

Hi Gokul,

Please check also in FMCIA the financial transaction of the commitment item involved in the PR.

It should not be statistical. Please check also OF20 and OF23 transactions.

Hi Gokul,

Check also if you have something customized in the following menu:

SPRO -> Public Sector Management -> Funds Management Government -> Actual and Commitment Update/Integration -> General Settings -> Override Update Profile

You should not have the PR here with statistical update marked if you want to receive an AVC error.
