Running Crystal Reports (From Crystal Reports Server) as an End User

I apologize if this has already been answered, but I had no luck finding anything close to this. Saying that, I must be missing something as this should be pretty basic.

I installed the server and have even added folders and a report to it. I have also created users.... But for the life of me, I cant figure out how to access said reports from a broswer on and end user's machine.

I have read most of the 1000 page document that they provided me with. I have scoured through the CMC and for the life of me cant find anything that tells me the URL that an end user would need to use to access it.

I recently tested one of their competitors products, and was offered full support through the whole installation. It was very straight forward. I was able to install it and test everything accordingly. Sadly, it just didnt offer me what we needed. Now with Crystal, they dont want to offer any support, even though their product is twice as much as their compeitior. It is hard for me to dump money into them if I cant even properly test their software. With their competitor, I set up the web through ISS... I am not sure if I do the same here as I cant find any info on it and it came bundled with Apache Tomcat, which I assume will do the work for IIS (but not really sure since I can find any documentation to support it).

I would greatly appreciate some guidance towards this, as the company itself refuses to help.

Install the Client Tools on the Users PC, this creates Shortcuts to InfoView.
