SAP APO DP Collaborative planning web browser set up

Hi Gurus, I studied the following OSS Notes: 709038, 716998, 564186, 932917. We are using SCM 7.0(no EHP upgrades). We have the integrated ITS server active and templates loaded. Configured user parameters as per Note 597532. Activated the Shuffler in /n/SAPAPO/CLPSDP_USER. When I entered TCode: /n/SAPAPO/CLPISDP, system took me to the Internet explorer 11.0 and it did display the Planning book, data view and selection ID (please find the attachment). But then it doesn't respond to my actions. I clicked on all the hyper links- Exit, Select Shuffler, Choose but nothing happens. I checked with Basis, Security and they confirmed there is no authorization issue or template missing.

Please help me. What I'm missing?

SAP Incident 451339:

• Please perform the following steps:

• use transaction SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INT to publish all ITS services
• in transaction SICF activate services 'designs' and 'mimes' under/default_host/sap/bc/public/its, and service 'CLPSDP' under/default_host/sap/bc/gui/sap/its

If these services are shown as active, then please deactivate and activate them again.

When the issue still persists please open HTTP connection to system APS as w/o HTTP connection we cannot test CLPISDP in your system since we cannot reach your URLs.

Hi Christian,

Based on your guidelines and with a little help from Basis team, I was able to get it working.

Then we realized how inefficient APO web-based collaboration planning is. It's practically impossible to use the tool. So we implemented Sales force for collaboration purpose.
