Looking for EWA report and dashboard to launch from SAP Solman Launchpad, there is a blog available :

But Is there a possibility or availability of Fiori app to launch from solman FLP and config in Solman?

You can add a specific tile in the SAP Solution Manager launchpad to launch SAP EarlyWatch Alert Workspace in SAP ONE Support Portal.
