In MSA, the end user is not able to see the any value in the field "Account group " in Partner Relationships " screen for 2 of his BPs, for the rest of the BPs he can see the field with the desired vales.

I checked the KNA1 table in R/3 the field for these BPs , there the value exist . In CRM which tables should i check or should i check the table in CDB , if yes whch are the relevany tables- Please advise. thank you.

Hi ,

If you use TXN. "CRMM_BUPA_SEND" with the following data sets(fields)

unchecked:

1. ID Number

2. Classification

then in SMOKNA1 table the KTOKD and KUNNR fields become blank.

Use of TXN. "CRMM_BUPA_SEND" in above scenario results in loss of data in SMOKNA1 table.

Hence I advice you to use the transaction with the above fields checked .

Hope it helps .

Hello Guys,

You can find the ACCOUNT_GROUP field in the table CRMM_BUT_FRG0041.

Hope this help!

Hello Sanyogita

Please check in the table SMOKNA1 of Local IDES database for that particular BPs.

If the data is present in the IDES database means some thing is wrong in the application code.

if the data is not present in the IDES, data has not come down to client. Could be because it is modifed in CRM directly. In this case, you need to run contrans to get the updated data.

Hi Shankar,

Thank you for the quick response.

I have checked these 2 BPs in SMOKNA1 table wherein the field "Account Group " is blank, whereas as mentioned in my earlier mail in KNA1 table in R/3 the account group field vaule is maintained for both the BPs.

As suggested by you , please let me know the process of running the contrans to get the data updated . Thank you.

Hello Sanyogita

It is clear that data is not present in the local ides. Also please check in the CDB sane table name (SMOKNA1). Please revert with your observations

If the data is present, you need to force extract the BP data to client.

Hello Shankar,

I have checked the SMOKNA1 table the field "Account group" is empty there. By force extract do you mean running a request for the 2 BPs followed by an Csutomer _Hierarchy Extract- please confirm. Thank you .

Please check first whether the BP is filled correctly in CRM Online (transaction BP, role 'customer'. tab Classification(?) for the account group, it should be filled there as well.

If not, try CRMM_BUPA_MAP to download the customer from R/3 again, otherwise try CRMM_BUPA_SEND to re-send the BP to the CDB.
