Where can i found info on the recommended way of scheduling db check, verify, delete logs and such.... at DB13
How do you guys come up with these suggestions? Is it documented by SAP ( guides or SAP notes ) or base on experience?

We schedule below mentioned DB related job based on experience.
1. DB check ( Daily)
2. Update statics ( Daily)
3. Delete Old Logs ( weekly)
4. Adapt next extent(weekly) ( if DB is dictionary managed)
5.Online Backup for Prod ( daily)
5. Archive logs ( daily ( every 4 hours), depends upon how many redo logs gets generated)
6.RSORATOD Refresh DB03 stats

Run T-code DB13
Double click on Completed Action .new window will be opend. select the SHort Log or Detail Log Button u will get complete History or Log.

You can schedule following action in DB13,
1. DB check ( Daily otherwise weekly if load is there in night)
2. Update statics ( weekly for highl loaded system)
3. Delete Old Logs ( weekly)
4. Adapt next extent(weekly) ( if DB is dictionary managed)
5. Archive logs ( daily, depends upon your policy).

I just need to know when is the best or recommended time to do check db, verify db and delete logs. Is there any document cover this?

What do you mean by recommended ways:
Check DB should be scheduled once in a week when the load is low
Regarding other things like scheduling backup..you should built upon a strategy
