Try T-code : SAP1& SAP2 for all module wise standard Reports

Go to SAP Easy Access -> OM -> there you find all the OM reports ..

Reports can be standard i.e. which comes with the standard SAP delivery there are some custom reports

Z reports for these coding needs to be done ABAPers will do
