How to copy all field values from Interaction Record into FollowUp Activity

Dear all,

We want to refere all interaction record field values and text into the succeeding follow up activity, I have created a Z task as a follow up to Interaction Record and maintained copy controls between Interaction Record and Z Task in Customizing.

But except Partner information nothing is copying to follow up acitivity from Interaction Record.

How can we confiugre this, please help me to resolve this issue, your suggestions will be hihgly appreciated.
