Suite on HANA to S/4HANA Migration/Conversion

Hello All,

Need some inputs please. we are planning to migrate from Suite on HANA (ECC Ehp7 on HANA DB SPS10) to S4HANA next month.

Wanted to know if anyone has already executed this? If yes, can you please share the best approach for the conversion (SUM..) and also challenges faced if any?

Any links to documentation on the same will also be really helpful!

How many add-ons do you have. Do the pre-check first. Are you planning to move to 1610 or 1605 its not clear. We need that info before we can advice.
