I have a customer who would like to track labor / machine time on a production order but not have it effect the GL. I have accomplished in the past with other ERP's by mapping the Labor portion to the WIP for everything and then just have it Net Out.
I am not seeing how to do this in B1. I can do it for Labor Issue however when I receive the material into Inventory it is taking the full cost.
Basically I want it to work as follows:
CR WIP / DR WIP upon issue just for labor...
CR WIP / DR WIP upon recept into production.
