Budget Planning income with escalation rates

I have manual planning layout and my client needs to enter incomes month by month, and needs a formula that escalates income rates with escalation constants.

Is there any formula in bi ip that makes it? or how can i handle it?

Where can i store that escalation rates month by month?

Is there any way to define attribute for 0calmonth?
