Unlock the GR

Hi All

Error message received while trying to unlock the item for the purposes of reversing of GR.

I am getting error message given below.

Document 2000000970 item 001 is marked as completed

Message no. RE072

Diagnosis

Item 001 in document 2000000970, to which the document you are processing refers, is flagged as complete.

System Response

The system does not permit references to document items for which the completion indicator is set.

The system does not permit the following changes to documents which reference document items flagged as complete:

You cannot change the reference to the document item.

You cannot change the amount.

Note:

Particular document IR Reversed.
