print preview message for service orders

Dear pandits,

I have created some service orders ( ZSER) after getting the ser. ord. No. when I click the print preview system promts a green message

No message found ( please check your input)

Message no. ME230

Procedure

Enter 1 (processing successful) in the "Processing time spot" field if you want to display the messages for this document that have already been outputted.

Kindly enlighten what I suppose to do , I hope I have maintained MN04.

Hi Bala,

The message clearly indicates no o/p is determined .

Just check the condition records once again .

If that is fine , goto Messages in Customising and check the Fine Tuned Control for the o/p type ZSER .

Hi ,

I hope u are aware where to check condition records ( MN04/05/06 )

Customising Path :

Materials Management>Purchasing>Messages>Output Control>Message Types>Define Message Types for Purchase Order>Fine-Tuned Control: Purchase Order

Please note that the operation should be 1 if you want the o/p at the time of creation.

If you want for change as well then maintain it for operation 1 and 2.
