CPI DS ECC Extraction no data

I have a problem since the task of CPI DS does not extract information but testing the query inside ecc if it shows information.

are you extracting data for the first time from this ECC system ? Do you have all the required roles and authorization assigned to the user.

Check with your ECC Security, if any request reached the ECC system.

Do you have all the required roles and authorization assigned to the user. I verify the su53 transaction with the communication user and there are no errors.
