I need to configure maternity leave quota of 84 days for all the female associates who ever is completed min of 3 months service. For this, I configured the base entitlement node with Seniority as 003 - 999 months and while running the quota, that associate is getting 26.5 days of quota instead of 0. This associate joined on 10/6/09, so that 3 mon condition failes and should not get any quota, but its generating 26.5 days of quota.
And also, I need to know how to restrict maternity leave to male associates. Here we are using RPTQTA00 for the quota generation.
Can you please suggest me whatz going wrong in this.
