OAYC changing the dates

Dear experts

i have maintained the date 2007/004 , now i have to change the date as 2008/012

If i go to OAYC system will showing grey only .

pls tell me how can i change the dates

When you have done depreciation runs after the asset take over you can't change it. Other wise the depreciation calcultation from the existings assets can be going wrong.

Have a look to to the asset take over data, there is a link between these 2

When you are in a development system you can reset/delete (TC OABL) the asset then you can change the values in the table. Do this never in a production system and when there are asset in that company code in production never transport the settings from OAYC to there

I went to OAYC for posting depreciation in 2007 (In IDES & Company Code: 1000)

But the year field is greyed out.

How to enter the date.
