Hi all,
we're working on E-Recruiting 6.03 SP 2 and facing a problem in the job search.
I added the Company code (FROZEN_REQUI_INFORMATION-COMPANYCODE)
as an additional search criteria for internal candidates.
The new criteria is visible and the dropdown values correctly filled, but when we
choose one of them, even if there is at least one correct result in the DB, the resulting
hitlist is always empty.
I fully reindexed more than once and the results are correct w/o this new criteria.
Any idea about what is missing or how to debug this problem?
Thanks, best regards.
Angelo
Dear Angelo,
I will first ask you to re-index following path such as :
Transaction SKPR07 -> Select docu category HR_KW -> reindexing -> trigger process.
then to update the search profiles. Please also make sure that all customizing in IMG (posting search ->
Search Profile) is correct. Hope it helps,
Best Regards
Christine

Hi,
If at all, there are any errors in your search criteria configuration, you can find the details in the application log (transaction code SLG1) in R/3 after running the periodical services job (RCF_PERIODICAL_SERVICES)
Hope this information helps.

Dear Angelo,
I have a similar requirement with Internal Candidate - Job Search application. The search results needs to show details of a custom field called "Salary level".
There is a class to set the default table columns to appear in the result list. Should i edit the class to have the new column to appear?
Also, to add a new field to search criteria should there any new settings to be done.
If you could assist me in this regard, it will be of great help.
Thank you.
Regards,
Sharath M G
