We are facing problem in ESS Leave Request. For some employees when they applied the Leave through ESS, it went to the corrosponding RM. Then the RM approved the Leave, when I check for the work item status in R3 through swia, work item is in COMPLETED status. But here the problem is the same leave is not getting deducted in R3. Even if the Loggs into ESS and check for the status it is in SENT mode but not in APPROVED mode. What might be the issue.
