Posting an accrual ... which tools are there?

Hi All,

I have to post an accrual which refers to the payment of a rent.

The rent is payd in advance for a period of three years.

Which tools daoes SAP provide to manage this case?

Please use the tool Accrual Engine to manage your recurring entries.

Goto SPRO FA@Business trasactions.. or search the same in spro

Hello,

Use FBS1 for entering accrual document

and F.81 for reversal of accrual document.

Does it allow me to post the accrual for the whole period of three years?

Or I have to repete t.code FBS1 each year?

You will have to transfer it manually from Prepaid to Expense.

Else you can use recurring entries. There is config in SPRO for Recurring Entries.
