We inadvertently waived several employees within a large group of staff from a training requirement. How can we revert back to a time where the training status was correct?
Hi David,
If you have used Assignment Profile to propagate the training items to the users, then if you remove the item from the Assignment profile and then let the "Assignment Profile Synchronisation" run, the item will be removed from the user's learning plan.
If however, the user has already completed the item, then it will not be removed form the user's learning history.
