Cannot add a custom button+action to standard TI

Hello Experts,

I'm trying to add a custom button and action to a Standard TI but when I do this (through extensibility explorer) I get the error below.

Is it a bug?

Hi,

I have another problem with these Custom Actions. I want to ad a custom aciton button to a standard OWL which opens up an URL. I already reached to do so with custom BO's by an EventHandler. Unfortunatelly I have no idea how to create an EventHandler for standard BO's because it's only allowed to use the Extensibility Explorer. I know it's possible with an Embedded Component but I want to have that button in the Button Group.

I really hope you understand my problem this would help me a lot! 🙂

Hi Katie,

It looks like your action is instance based action, in that case you need to select an instance/row on the section where you have added the action, and then execute the action.
