Dear expert:
During my process-chain's running.
it stopped and came to a error information 'Transformation inactive; request cannot be executed'.
but my DTP is always active.
And i can run the DTP manually.
I need your help urgently.

activate the tranforsmtion manually and repeat the DTP process in PC...it will solve ur problem

Hi,
As per the error, i think transformation is inactive. So activate the transformation and then right click the Step where you got error and repeat the process. You can activate the transformation through the program RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL.

Is it the problem with this DTP load only in the process chain?
If it is happening for all the DTP loads in Process chain, then it might be the case that the background user is not having proper authorisation to run the DTP.

Hi,
If ur sure that transformation is active once right click on the process type where it failed and say repair....and try...and refresh a new process will be started....
Before to that once again chk reg the trasformations....
