help in change request management

Dear Seniors,

I am new to solution manager and if any body could help OR guide me in how to configure SAP change request management.

I have checked the forum but there is no particular guide for new user. There are all solutions given to the problem.

I might be wrong, but please if anyone can let me know step by step how to do this it will be great help.
