To change std report S_ALR_87011990 -Assest history Sheet

Hi All,

We have one requirement to show the assest history report for every quarter instead of just reporting date.

We need to add one select option to give the date range so that only assest details for that date range can be selected.

The report is using LDB ADA. We are not able to find how to filter the data based on this new date.

The tables to get the assest details like adjustments, transfers, depreciation is not much of help as it is difficult to calculate the manual adjustment inaces of depreciation,

If any one knows how to filter this in some other way or any function modules available then do let us know.

We tried one function module FI_AA_VALUES_CALCULATE but it give cumulative values and so not of much use.

We wrote our own logic based on the fm FI_AA_VALUES_CALCULATE to fetch deprecition and other values

Hi,

this functionality is not given in standard. You have to create your own logic in a report to realize that.

And I agree, this is not simple and easy to realize - but on the other hand also not impossible

There are some reports based on posted depreciation, perhaps you can use them as basis for your quarterly reporting.
