How to have different STO strategi based on Doc.Type within same plant

Hi Guru's

I have a problem creating different strategies for different Order Types.

We have a scenario, where we want to have one-step STO for one order type (ZO) and two-step STO for order type UB.

However, in the the config point "Assign Document Type, One-Step Procedure, Underdelivery Tolerance" the key is SupplyingPlant, Rec.Plant.

How can we accomodate to setup different "step procedure" depending on the order type chosen when creating the STO?

To me it looks like the order type should have been part og the table key in the config table. I you look at the color of the title in the table in config, the order type is also "blue" as the sup.plant and rec.plant so I wonder if it is a glitch from SAP?

hi,

you need create ZO with reference to UB-standard STO.

now go to menu path :SPRO>MM->purchasing>purchase order->setup stock transfer order --> Assign document type, one step procedure , Under delivery tolerence

for ZO : supplying plant receiving pant document type one step procedure(select the check box)

for UB : one step procedure( do not select the check box)

That was what I thought as well, but you can not have more than one doc. type for the same combination of suppl. plant and recv. plant!!!!

the key fields in the config table is suppl. plant and recv. plant and NOT the doc. type!!!!

Any other ideas?
