Sending of RFQ Form through Mail

Hi all,

I have requirement where in ....

When i created a RFQ(in tcode ME41) or make any changes (in Tcode me42).

The RFQ Form should get converted into PDF and go as an attachment in the mail to the vendor.

Can any body help...regarding this!!

Sol : it can only be done once the rfq is generated ie the form or the spool

Hi Johnson,

In order to send the RFQ to vendor, first mail address must be maintained in vendor master. now

got o ME42, open the RFQ, then on Left Hand side, at Top, there is tab and dropdown menu called as "Services for Objects"

in that select 4th option of SEND then SEND object with Node

here new mail is open with, your RFQ as an attachment.

enter the mail id and the Body text and send the mail.

the user wants it to be automated.......

You have to maintain in NEU outputype

medium is Extenal send

program is SAPFM06P

form routine ENTRY_NEU

you use this automatically that form will go as an attachemnt.

befor that you have to main email address in Vendor communication tab.
