Dear all,
Another interesting Query.
I am using Ecc6.0 with portal 7. I have configured the whole system and every thing was working perfectly fine with the standard home page frame work. now I have made copy of the frame work and assigned the custom PCD url to the resources and resources links to the services.
all the pages and iviews are working fine except the Travel management.
In travel managment I am able to create the travel request but i cannot acceess the travel form on accessing it it takes me to wrong PCD url (standard one) where as i have already changed this in my Y settings.Similarly I cannot change the trip details and delet trips as it is redirecting me to the standard PCd urls .
I have found that few of the Travel resources are created and so are their services but we cannot find the link of these services to subarea aor area.
can any one give me some assitance or point me to the direction from where i can cahange them and redirect the url to my custom pcd url.
Regards

Waqas,
if you are very sure about the Home page framework customisations try to debug the fm that gets invoked when you call the page.
to find out the FM run the rfc trace in st01,st05

Bala want to tell u following thing.
You need to log in SAP with the same user-ID which you are using for portal ...then run the T-code "ST05" select option "RFC Trace" then click upon "Activate Trace".
Then on Portal run the application say personnel info ......
After this come back to SAP in ST05 click upon "Deactivate trace" and then "Display Trace" .
It will display the RFC names .....that RFC is using for Personnel info application.
FM means "Function Module".
Hi ,
you need to add "P_TRAVL" object in ESS role ( SU01 ) .
