Service PO,Deliv.compl. indicator

Dear friends,

I have one query.

When I create standard purchase order I found Deliv.compl. indicator in Delivery tab of purchase order But when I try to create servive order I did not found Deliv.compl. indicator in Delivery tab. I want that indicator in case of service PO also.

How to solve this.Please help.

hi,

You can set final entry(CTRL + F5) while creating a service entry sheet (SES) through ML81N...

Anyways, both the indicator are different, delivery compleated indicator is used in terms of stock/consumption MATERIAL....While Final entry indicator is used for SERVICES procured and so provided at SES...

So, use the final entry indicator and get work done...

Hi,

The functionality of both business process are different.

In the Services the Release is the delivery completed indicator.

If the Service Entry Sheet is to be make Final entry then go to ML81N and Select PO / SES and Click on "Change" Mode and Go to Menu Service Entry Sheet --> Set Status --> Final Entry.

Like that you can make it delivery completed,or closed.
