Hi experts,

i have created a smartform fopr smartform.i attached it to me23n transaction.it is working fine.

but problem is whenever if i a change any thing in P.O it is giving print out.

even if i change through BAPI_PO_CHANGE also it is giving print outs.

i don't want this .

please guide me.

Hi sai,

using the tcode ME9F .

Enter PO number -> enter the message type->click execute.

Then click the check box before the output message-> click outputmessage.

You are able to get the print out.

thanks for u replies.

but settings are u told are related to user settings.if i change my settings .it will give result me.not for all

so can u tell me settings which will give efect to irrespective of users.

Hi sai,

To set these settings for all users. Change the condition records.

Goto MN05-> enter the message type -> choose the PO document types -> and change the dispatch time setting.

You can take the MM functional help if possible

Hi,

as Vamsi told, if currently the Dispatch Time setting is 'Send Immediately' change it to 'Send with application own transaction' in Further Data..

Hi,

In the transaction ME23N, go to MESSAGES button in the apllication toolabar. For the given output type Select it and go for the option FURTHER DATA and select the Dispatch time as Send with periodically scheduled Job .

Check one more thing if the pop up box comes for selecting the Printer(Ex LP01) while u Issue Output uncheck the check box Print Immediately

hi sai,

Check the dispatch time option in your message type settings. I think currently it is 4 i.e print immediately. Change it to 3. Then it will give printout only if you want to print.
