RSA_RSBASIDOC_READ Not Found

Hi experts, I'm using an old version of sap (3.1h), and I'm getting this error message:

Function module "RSA_RSBASIDOC_READ" not found.

I've tried to find it in the se37 but it's not in there, i guess some note or patch is missing, does anyone know how can i "upload" this function or how can i get it??
