Problem in Time and Payroll

Hi SAP Gurus,

I am new to sap, I am Ram, my client has given me spec, i am trying to solve it but i am not getting it can any one of you solve along with the path

Item: info type 150 ( Payroll).

problem: Currently unable to capture our medical aid using info type 150.

Action: UIF Migration{from info type 0015 to 0150}.

Scope of work: The UIF Contributions to be automatically calculated by the payroll driver through referencing an info type 0150 indicator.

The standard technical wage types therefore be generated as payroll results and then assigned to a window on an employee pay slip.

Problem: UIF Calculation not working.

Action: Medical AID Migration{from info type

0015 to 0150}.

Scope of Work: Calculated by the payroll driver through the referencing of an info type 0150 basic

Entries and standard medical aid tables.

Item: Medical aid Fringe benefit tax.

Problem: Currently manually calculating tax.

Action: The calculation to be automated .

Scope of work: Fringe benefits tax to be automatically to be calculated by the payroll driver through the referencing of an info type 0150 basic entries and the Standard fringe benefits table{to be created}.

The standard technical wage types will there fore be generated as payroll results and assigned window on an employeeu2019s pay slip. The wage type should be included in PAYROLL and IRP5 Calculations

To reflect correct taxable portion.

Item: Maternity Leave (time).

problem: Not correctly implemented.

Action: To ensure that maternity leave absence is correctly implemented.

Scope of work:The time types must be split between the normal paid and unpaid maternity leave, the user will be required to enter the leave type respectively as formally mentioned to ensure complete robust solution.

item: Unpaid leave(time)

Problem:Currently reducing basic pay to account for unpaid leave.

Action: To ensure the unpaid leave absence is correctly implemented.

Scope of work: Implement correct calculation.
