GRC. Don't show locked users for ARQ

Hello colleagues,

I've a request to restrict the number of users visible during ARQ creation. We don't need to show globally locked users, only not locked or locked locally should be available. I haven't seen any settings for such purpose. On the first screen we select users from CUA central system and now we at least can adjust standard ABAP code.

Do you have an idea how to make it without ABAPing?

If there is no option you see except ABAPing please let me know.

In future, we will change CUA to LDAP source and what can we make this way?

We are on GRC 10.0 SP23.

Regards,
Artem

    Hello,

Would you like to make enhancement in User search?

where you can check user status?

If i understood, you want only those user to submit access request who are not locked by administrators or locked in local system only, not globally?

This might be possible, let me test this today and update you.

    Regards,

    Prasant

    Hello Prasant,

thank you for the reply. It would be great if you could provide me with the enhancement in User search.

I don't need to select users who locked globally. For example, if User1 locked in the central system it shouldn't be selected while creating user in ARQ, But if User1 is locked in the managed system only (no matter by admin or for incorrect logons) I should be able to select it while creating user in ARQ.

However, I still don't know how it will work when we switch User Data Source to LDAP. There we need another attribute - activated or disabled account.

    Regards,

    Artem
