Hi,
we are in the process of implementing BCM. Some users will use CDT, however other users will need a hardphone. We did some tests with Cisco IP Phone 7940 and after converting the phone to SIP, we can use the hardphones for basic functionality like making and receiving calls.
However we still need additional functionaility in the hardphones like joining groups, transferring calls etc.
Is there anyone who has any documentation how to configure SIP phones with BCM?
